Sept 1: Planning and Data Collection

– Signed-off plan
– Agreed ‘as is’ process maps and templates
Step 2: Data Analysis and Recommendations Validation
Outputs:
– Draft revised process maps
– Signed-off End-to-End process maps
Step 3: Processes, Policies and Procedures Design
Outputs:
– Policies/Procedures/templates as required
– Process/Policies/Procedures Manual
Step 4 : Implementation, Training and Testing
Outputs:
– Workshops, floor-walking and act as change agents, SharePoint
– Capture performance data to incorporate relevant improvements
– Formal Handover to Business (BAU) and sign-off all documentation
